I found the hotel close to the airport, a short taxi ride. the staff was helpful. the pool facilities were great, and the room was clean.
the air conditioning didn't work well, the room had a pungent smell. it was not worth what i payed. i wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The cafe on the premises offered a variety of options. My room was comfortable and had good air conditioning.
The front desk wasn't as helpful as I hoped. I was informed upon arrival that the airport shuttle was fully booked. This left me to find alternative transportation early in the morning.

The room was clean and spacious. It was booked for proximity to the airport.
The bathroom shower drain was completely plugged. Water began to fill while showering, it was quite unpleasant. the on demand water heater did not provide hot water. It was barely warm enough to shower, which I find unacceptable.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. I appreciated the airport shuttle service that runs every hour for 100 baht. The rooftop restaurant food was really good. The staff were friendly and eager to help (I was especially grateful for their smiles).
The soundproofing was inadequate, and I could hear noises from inside the hotel.
